( i ) There will be five examination in a year - 1st unit,
Terminal Exam, 2nd unit Test, Half Yearly and
Annual Examinations |

( ii ) Promotion shall entirely depend on the student's
performance in these examination |

( iii ) The progress report of the wards will be sent to the
guardians and they are expected to go through them and
return the same to the class teacher, duly signed by them.

( iv ) Promotions are
considered on the basis of overall examination results
including those of the Periodicals Assessment Tests

Computer Facilities |

The school has well equipped computer centre with latest
hardware, software and internet facility. Our school has
well equipped computers labs with latest hardware and
software. We have Internet facility that help students to
excel on net and gather some useful information and data
from it. We have two labs one is exclusively for junior
section of the school and one is for senior section of the
school. Our school is having more than 45 computers at the
moment and planning to increase in near future. We also have
trained staff which look after the computer lab and also
help to guide the students. |

Prizes

Right from its inception Bal Bhavan Public schools
have been awarding Prizes in cash and in kind to the
students who secured 1st to 10th Position in their
respective classes.

As per the past practice attractive prizes will be awarded
to the students of class I to XII who will secure 1st to
10th positions in their classes. Merit Certification will
also be awarded to the students who secure first 10
positions in each class from I to XII. |
